Welcome

Attorney Stacey Seibel practices estate planning law in Hays, Kansas. As a fifth generation Kansan who comes from a long line of ranchers and farmers, Mrs. Seibel has a personal understanding of the importance of proper estate planning and the impact it can have on family assets as they pass from generation to generation. She has made it her personal mission to help her clients preserve their hard-earned assets by using various estate planning tools at her disposal in an effort to avoid probate and minimize death taxes.

Experience

In her role as attorney for the firm, Mrs. Seibel has been able to apply her legal education in both the basic and advanced areas of estate planning law. She conducts free public seminars on the subject of estate planning and asset protection, and does pro bono work for the Kansas Elder Law Hotline. She is also a regular contributor and current Program Director for the Western Kansas Council on Estate Planning and Giving. She is co-author of Estate Planning Basics: A Crash Course in Safeguarding Your Legacy scheduled for publication next year.
